What’s New with New Zealand PTO?

The Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand has examined the submissionsrelated to its recent decision to conduct a review of fees assessed and are nowseeking Cabinet support for their revised proposals.  The earliest effective date for any changesto fees will be May 1, 2019.
